At MIKARE HEALTH PTY LTD, we believe you should have full control over your data. You can request deletion of specific data types from your MiKare account without needing to delete your entire account.

Data You Can Request to Delete

You can choose to delete any of the following data types:

  • Health and wellness data — health notes, medical documents, symptoms, and care information you have uploaded or recorded
  • Activity history — your app usage history and interaction records
  • Personal preferences — app settings, notification preferences, and personalisation data
  • Usage analytics — behavioural and usage data collected during your use of the app

What to Know Before Requesting

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered once the request has been processed
  • Your account and login credentials will remain active
  • Some data may be retained for up to 30 days to fulfil legal and compliance requirements
  • Requests are typically processed within 30 days
