Account Deletion
Request deletion of your MiKare account
At MIKARE HEALTH PTY LTD, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your MiKare account, you can do so using the options below.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal information — your name, email address, and login credentials
- Health and wellness data — health notes, medical documents, symptoms, and care information
- Preferences and settings — app preferences, notification settings, and personalisation data
- Activity history — usage history and interaction records
Data Retention After Deletion
Some data may be retained for a limited period after your account is deleted:
- Legal and compliance records may be retained for up to 30 days as required by applicable laws and regulations
- Anonymised usage data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes
- Payment records managed by Apple or Google may be subject to their respective retention policies
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion in two ways:
Option 1: In the MiKare app
Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Submit a request below
Use the form below, or email us directly at support@mikare.health with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
